Your use of the Centaraly website or any of its services constitutes your acknowledgment, review, and full acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth on this page. These terms apply to all current and new customers, website users, and individuals submitting subscription or trial requests.

First: Accuracy of Provided Information

The user acknowledges that all information provided during registration or service requests is accurate, complete, and up to date, including name, contact details, and company information. The user bears full responsibility for any incorrect or misleading information provided.

Second: Account Security and Access Credentials

  • The user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and passwords
  • Centaraly bears no responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from account misuse or failure to safeguard access credentials
  • Sharing login credentials among multiple users is not permitted. Separate accounts may be created for authorized users within the organization

Third: Responsibility for Content and Use

The account holder is fully responsible for all activities and content conducted through their account, including content submitted by employees or authorized users. The user undertakes to use Centaraly services in a lawful manner and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Fourth: Prohibited Uses

Use of Centaraly services for any unlawful or harmful activities is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • Incitement to hatred, violence, or discrimination
  • Violation of intellectual property rights
  • Sending unauthorized bulk or marketing messages (spam)
  • Providing unethical or non-compliant content
  • Any use that causes direct or indirect harm to Centaraly or others

Centaraly reserves the right to suspend or terminate violating accounts without prior notice.

Fifth: Fees and Payments

The customer is required to pay subscription or service fees in accordance with agreed pricing and available payment methods. All fees are payable in Saudi Riyals unless otherwise agreed. Prices do not include Value Added Tax, and applicable VAT in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be applied in accordance with prevailing regulations. Centaraly reserves the right to amend service pricing, provided customers are notified within a reasonable period prior to renewal.

Sixth: Subscription Cancellation

Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period unless otherwise stated. After cancellation, the user may no longer have access to the services or related data.

Seventh: Call Recording and Regulatory Compliance

The user acknowledges and agrees that calls made through Centaraly systems may be recorded for operational, regulatory, or compliance purposes. The customer bears full responsibility before competent authorities for their use of the provided communication services.

Eighth: Limitation of Liability

Centaraly bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages resulting from misuse of the service or inability to use it, including loss of data, profits, or reputation. Centaraly is also not liable for any interruptions or malfunctions caused by telecommunications providers or third parties.

Ninth: Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the website, content, systems, and provided materials are reserved to Centaraly and may not be used or reproduced without prior authorization.

Tenth: Amendments to the Terms

Centaraly reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Use at any time. Amendments will be published on the website, and continued use of the services after such updates constitutes implicit acceptance of the revised terms.

Eleventh: Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
